Instructions
- Chop 2 medium onions
- Chop 2 medium tomatoes
- Chop 1 big or 2 medium ridge gourds
- Chop a few chilies (optional)
- Add oil in pan
- Add mustard seeds
- Add cumin seeds
- Add curry leaves
- Add onions, salt and put the lid on medium flame
- Add ginger garlic paste after onions are cooked well and put on the lid
- After a while, add tomatoes
- Add chilli powder as required
- Add 1 spoon coriander powder
- Add more than half spoon cumin powder
- Mix everything well and add water as required and put the lid on
- After the gravy is cooked, add Ridge Gourd
- Add water if required and put the lid on
- Add coriander after a while and make sure the ridge-gourd is completely cooked.
- Check for salt and let it settle.
