Instructions
- Chop 2 big onions
- Add oil in pan
- Add mustard seeds
- Add Cumin seeds
- Add Curry leaves
- Add dry chillies
- Add onions
- Add some salt and put the lid on
- Add some turmeric
- Add 1 medium spoon Ginger Garlic paste
- Let all of it get cooked very well
- Add chili powder as required
- Add 1 spoon coriander powder
- Add less than half spoon cumin powder
- Add 5 or 6 eggs depending upon the quantity of onions
- Add some salt and mix it well
- Add coriander and check for salt
