MAJJIGA CHARU

Instructions

  • Half or 1 small onion - chop into long slices
  • 10 Chillies - Fine chop or long slit as your wish, increase quantity according to the spice level and total quantity
  • 1 big spoon Garlic Paste or 5 Medium Garlic cloves - crush them and chop them and crush them nicely Add oil Add mustard seeds
  • Add cumin seeds
  • Add 2 or 3 dry chillies
  • Add curry leaves
  • Add asafetida
  • Add onions
  • Add chilies immediately
  • Add garlic paste immediately
  • Add 1 medium spoon cumin powder
  • Add turmeric
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Add everything in beaten curd adjusted with water quantity Check for salt

Notes

Tip: Crush garlic cloves and cumin seeds (jeera) if possible very nicely and add it, it you're lazy, add cumin powder.
