Take the lid off when tomatoes are almost cooked and turn off the stove
Cool it down and grind it and add water if needed anywhere in the process
Tadka
Add oil
mustard seeds
cumin seeds
curry leaves
2 dry chillies
add it to the mixture and check salt
Notes
Tip: Add long sliced raw onions and diced onions to the chutney at the end after tadka for extra flavor. This is optional but the onions taste really good when added to chutneys.
